Requirement to pass course: Students must complete 75 hrs of coursework in their student online account in the 75hr NJ Real Estate Salesperson Prelicensing course including passing all quizzes and Final exam with a 70%. Students have access to their online course portal for 6 months from their registration date.

Course Completion Requirements: To pass and qualify for the state exam, students must complete the 75-hour online course and achieve a 70% or higher on all quizzes and the final exam. Attendance in zoom sessions is not required.
